Required Documents for Work Permit Reissuance

To reissue a work permit, the employer must prepare the following documents:

  • A written request for reissuance according to the prescribed form.
  • Two color photos (4×6 cm), with white background, front view, bareheaded, and without glasses.
  • The valid work permit (except in case of loss).
  • Documents proving the change of information, if applicable.
