When Is a Work Permit Reissuance Required?
Foreign employees working in Vietnam must apply for a reissuance of their work permit in the following cases:
- The valid work permit has been lost or damaged and can no longer be used.
- There are changes in personal information or employer details, such as full name, nationality, passport number, or the name of the employer (without changing the employer’s identification code).
