On December 21 of 2025, SIGLAW officially became a member of the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang (VIFC-DN). This milestone marks a significant step in SIGLAW’s integration into the international financial ecosystem and reflects the recognition by both the State and the market of SIGLAW’s expertise and its role as a trusted partner within the financial and investment ecosystem.
Vietnam International Financial Center – A Platform for Financial Integration
According to Resolution 222/2025/QH15, the Vietnam International Financial Center is a unified legal entity operating under the “one center, two destinations” model, located in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. The center benefits from specialized mechanisms and policies aimed at attracting international capital, fostering innovation, and enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy.
On December 21 of 2025, the People’s Committee of Da Nang announced the first ten organizations to officially join the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang, including SIGLAW. Vietcombank was selected as the representative of domestic commercial banks participating in the financial center ecosystem.
In addition to the initial ten members, Da Nang has received positive responses from nearly 70 expressions of interest in joining the center. The city has also signed over 20 memoranda of understanding for cooperation in areas such as training, consulting, communications, networking, investment promotion, and product development. The International Financial Center in Da Nang is strategically positioned to develop into a modern international financial hub linked to an innovation and digital technology ecosystem. The center will serve as a controlled experimental platform for new financial models, pioneering the deployment and expansion of digital asset products, digital payments, trading platforms, and specialized exchanges. It will also promote supply chain financing, third-party services, non-deposit-taking lenders, and other complementary solutions to traditional markets, fostering the creation of specialized, flexible, and innovative financial products.
