When is it necessary to proofread on the investment certificate?
In case the Investment Certificate stored in electronic form on the National Investment Information Portal has different content from the Investment Registration Certificate, the Investment Registration Certificate with content recorded correctly according to the content in the investment registration dossier shall have legal value. In that case, the investor must carry out the procedure to proofread on the Investment Certificate for accuracy.
If the information on the Investment Registration Certificate is not accurate compared to the information registered during the investment process, the investor can request the investment registration agency to proofread the investment license for accuracy.
Proofread information on investment registration certificate
Document requesting proofreading on the Investment License according to form A.I.18 specified in Appendix A of Circular 03/2021/TT-BKHĐT; In which clearly states: What is the content specified in the issued Investment License? Which content is required to be changed? and Reason for proofreading;

In case the investor authorizes another person to submit the application and receive the results of the procedure for proofreading on the investment registration certificate, the person performing the procedure on their behalf must have one of the following documents:
+ Service contract between the Investor and the organization providing support services to carry out procedures for proofreading on the investment certificate and the organization’s letter of introduction for the individual to submit the application and receive the results;
+ Authorization document for the individual to carry out procedures for proofreading on the investment certificate.
Procedure for proofreading on investment registration certificate
Implementation procedure:
Step 1: The investor sends a request for proofreading to the Management Board.
Step 2: The Management Board proofreads on the Investment Registration Certificate within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the investor’s request.

– Submit the application directly at the headquarters of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center
Through the public postal service.
