PERIODIC REPORTING REGIME IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION

- Report on management of construction investment activities
Basis for reporting: Specialized construction management ministries, provincial-level People’s Committees, economic groups and state corporations shall send periodic and annual reports on management of construction investment activities to the Ministry of Construction for synthesis, track. The Ministry of Construction shall guide the contents, forms and implementation time of reports (Clause 8 Article 109 of Decree 15/2021/ND-CP)
Subjects of the report: Ministry of Management of Specialized Construction Works, People’s Committees of provinces, economic groups, state corporations
Reporting agency: Ministry of Construction
Deadline: No later than December 20 of each year to summarize and monitor
Data closing period: From December 15 of the previous reporting period to December 14 of the reporting period.
Contents of the report: Form No. 001 and Form No. 002 of Circular 01/2023/TT-BXD
- Report on the quality situation, quality management of construction works and safety management in construction
Subjects of the report: Specialized construction management ministries, provincial People’s Committees
Basis for reporting: (Clause 2, Clause 7, Article 52 of Decree 06/2021/ND-CP)
To summarize and report to the Ministry of Construction on the quality situation, the quality management of construction works and the safety management in construction managed by ministries and sectors before December 15 of each year and make irregular reports upon request.
Specialized ministries in charge of construction works and provincial-level People’s Committees shall send them to the Ministry of Construction to summarize and monitor periodic and annual reports on the contents of management of construction work quality and safety in construction under the guidance of the Minister of Construction.

Deadline: before December 15 of each year
Contents of the report: Form No. 003 and 004 annex to Circular 01/2023/TT-BXD
Data closing period: From December 15 of the previous reporting period to December 14 of the reporting period.
- Report on technical inspection of occupational safety
Basis for reporting: Before December 15 of each year, the technical inspection organization of occupational safety shall report in writing the operation results to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs where the head office is located and where the operation is located, and the competent agency shall issue the Certificate of eligibility for inspection activities according to the form specified in Appendix Ic promulgated together with this Decree, and send an email to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs at [email protected] address. (Clause 2 Article 44 of Decree 44/2016/ND-CP)
Reporting subject: Technical inspection organization of occupational safety
Reporting agency: Ministry of Construction
Deadline: Before December 15 of each year
Contents of the report: According to the form in Appendix Id issued together with the Government’s Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP dated May 15, 2016 detailing a number of articles of the Law on Occupational Safety and Health on technical inspection of occupational safety, occupational safety and hygiene training and occupational environment monitoring.
Data closing period: From December 15 of the previous reporting period to December 14 of the reporting period.
